I got a massage here today (60 minutes) and it just wasn't good at all. It felt like someone was gently rubbing lotion on my skin and then sliding their elbow over my bones. I did ask for more pressure, but it didn't really make a difference. I've had over 30 massages in my life, and I always leave feeling great, so this one was a bummer. The good news is that the place smelled great and looked really nice!

I had terrible neck and upper shoulder pain from moving wrong. I booked a last-minute deep-tissue massage with Kyle, and it was one of the best massages I've ever gotten.

They listened to what I liked, were cool about the pressure, and really worked with me to try out different styles. The front desk and lobby are both calm and comfortable. It's a piece of cake to check on. I'd definitely recommend it!

If you're in need of a little self-treat, I highly recommend it. You'll get a shoulder massage while the products are absorbed. Shawna is really skilled. Today, 24 hours after the treatment, my skin feels hydrated and smooth, my neck looks 10 years younger, and my face looks rejuvenated. I couldn't be happier!

I had my first massage at Mudra with an LMT I'd had massages with before. It's a clean, comfortable facility that's quiet and perfect for unwinding. Nick C. is a natural. He's got a great technique that really takes the sore muscles I'm dealing with and makes them feel relaxed and energized. I usually feel great the next day, which is not always the case for me. If you're looking for a therapeutic massage that combines deep pressure and relaxation without leaving you feeling sore afterwards, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely schedule more sessions with Nick C.

The place is fine, but the parking could be better. The staff and management are great, though. Best of all, my massage was incredible! Kat's got a really nice, down-to-earth personality, and she's got a big heart — she's a natural healer. All of my aches, pains, knots, and tension just disappeared under her hands. It's a very cozy and inviting place. I've been here twice so far. Scot's awesome. My second time working with Deborah was alright. I would say there was just a bit too much pressure, and she was a bit chatty. She definitely knew how to take care of the pressure points, and she even taught me about what causes soreness in certain areas. She's a caregiver at a foster home, and I really appreciated her knowledge. The service was still great. I'd definitely go back, but I'd plan the appointment a bit better next time. I didn't really feel like saying much about it since the appointment was just a last-minute Valentine's Day deal. Overall, I'll keep going back to Mudra without a second thought.
