It's a miracle when you find a massage therapist on the first try. A colleague referred me and I signed up for the membership for the first time. I've been lucky enough to have a great five massages between Taylor and Keri. I had a bad two-day kink in my shoulder/chest/neck and, for the first time after years of massage therapy, I walked out with no pain (kudos to Taylor). If I could just make one suggestion, it would be to offer more evening massage treatments. Nothing beats a massage just before bed, right?

I had one of the most disappointing massages ever! It was definitely a memorable experience, but for the wrong reasons.

The place had a great atmosphere, was spotless and had a really positive vibe when we arrived. I was paired with C.C., who was really nice and friendly. I couldn't relax at all during the session, though. She was on at me the whole time, and I found myself counting down the minutes until it was over. She was nice and friendly, but the experience wasn't as relaxing or therapeutic as I'd hoped, especially for someone with five years' experience.

I'd booked a couples massage, and Jasmine, who was working with my boyfriend, hardly said a word when she introduced herself. She didn't ask any questions or try to understand his preferences or needs, which felt a bit impersonal and dismissive. The only reason I even know her name is because C.C. mentioned it. Weirdly, when the massage ended and we left the room, Jasmine was nowhere to be found. You'd normally expect your massage therapist to check in, say goodbye, or ask how it went, but that didn't happen. Luckily, C.C. was still there and made sure we got out okay.

I did like how friendly and personable C.C. was, but I wouldn't recommend getting a massage from her. It's a shame to feel that way, especially because the space itself was so lovely.
