I called to ask about their deep tissue massages and was told, with a lot of enthusiasm, that they specialise in deep tissue. But that was a bit of a joke, to be honest. I'd say this was easily one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. The owner is a very nice woman who made me feel welcome straight away. To be honest, I hadn't really got a clue what to expect as it was my first time doing this kind of thing, but I have to say that she was great.
She worked really carefully, finding and kneading all the tight muscles and releasing them. When she was done, my back, neck, arms and legs felt absolutely amazing.
She even used hot stones towards the end of the massage, which was also really professional and felt amazing. I'd never had a hot stone treatment before, but now I'm a total fan.
I'd definitely recommend Sunshine Spa for a good massage. I'll definitely be going back soon and will be referring family and friends.
