I'm not even close to being satisfied. My second visit here was awesome. It was a complete 180 from my first visit, and I couldn't stop raving about it to my daughter-in-law. She had a 5 p.m. appointment and was told to come back at 5:30 p.m., like a walk-in. When she came back at 5:30, it was a different person who acted like she had no idea and that my daughter-in-law just showed up. She was told to come back in 50 minutes. My daughter-in-law didn't get a massage. She needed to take care of herself, and she's not going back to Elite Spa. She's angry and disgusted by how she was treated. This made me angry, too. It's honestly pretty gross, and it's not good for business. You lost two clients today, but maybe you don't need us since you seem to double book appointments with your many clients. Or maybe you just need a better process for appointments and scheduling. We're taking our business elsewhere. I hope this review helps improve your customer service and lets potential customers know that the same thing might happen to them. God bless us all!

Judy's performance is truly outstanding. I arrived shortly before closing time and was able to schedule a 30-minute massage. Judy, the massage therapist, was very welcoming. I informed her that I was experiencing tension in my neck and shoulders, and she was able to relieve the discomfort in a relatively short period of time.
