I went in with a friend for a couple of massages. We waited for about 20 minutes in the waiting room, but nobody came to help us. I had to call their number and let them know that we were waiting. After about five minutes, someone finally came from the back to talk to us, but another customer arrived and showed them $100, so they took him before us. We had to wait another 40 minutes, and then we got our massage. The massage was good. I paid $35 instead of $40 at the end because we had waited a long time. We were also skipped, and the staff hassled me and my friend for more money. I didn't expect that reaction for $5. One of the masseuses stood over my shoulder, trying to see how much money I had. We had never had a massage before, and it ruined the birthday surprise for my friend. I won't be going back there.
