I've never been here before, and I loved it. The people at the front desk were very helpful, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, and the massage was fantastic. I didn't feel pressured to get a membership. I was asked about scheduling another visit, and I wasn't pressured. You should definitely give it a try, and I'll be back.

The massage was good (therapist Stacy, strong hands), but the rest was very disappointing.

I went in for my first massage here with a gift card on a Sunday. The intro price for a one-hour massage (which actually ended up being about 46 minutes of hands-on time) is $55, but the gift card I was given was for $65. When it was over, I asked that the rest of the money on the card be added to the tip. Emily at the front desk told me that the gift card only had $55 on it. I showed her the sleeve it came in, which had their price of $65 written on it, and she responded with, "Weird. "Yeah, we go off the computer, not what that says." I asked again why they would write 65 if it wasn't for that, and she didn't know. There was another girl at the front desk, but she didn't say anything. Then Emily tried to sell me a membership, and maybe one for my boyfriend, too.

I left, and the person who gave me the gift card checked their bank account, which showed the transaction to be $65. I called Massage Envy, and they said they'd call me back. About 20 minutes later, they called and said it was actually for $65, and they could just add it to the tip. I asked to speak to a manager before leaving this review, so I asked to take care of it another day.

I gave the manager a call on Monday, but she was mumbling when she said her name, so I asked her again. She still couldn't say it clearly, so I'm not sure what her name is. She cut me off after about four words and said, "Yeah, we figured it out, so we're all good." I asked her if she knew why it was a problem that I had to fight for $10 and then prove it before they'd honor my gift cards. She said that she can't teach new people everything before they start. She asked if there was something I wanted, and I said I just wanted to get the manager's input before leaving this review. I said I wanted the extra $10 to go to Stacy, and she said she'd already given it to her, thinking that's what I wanted.

I wouldn't recommend going here, except for the massage therapists.
