Yesterday, I went to get a 90-minute massage. I've been to a lot of Asian massage places, and I always make sure to ask about everything before it starts. I showed the woman at the counter the current website. It shows that a 90-minute session costs $90. She didn't speak English.

The massage started, but was interrupted every 3–5 minutes. The massage ended 90 minutes early, and my therapist did not offer any compensation for the extra time. When I checked out, the price on their website wasn't honored. I argued with the only English-speaking woman there for about 10 minutes. Finally, I said, "Okay, I'll pay the higher price, but I'll need to give a smaller tip." I had already given the extra $10 to the therapist, even though she kept leaving the room. When I went to sign the electronic charging device, there was no itemized statement. My printed receipt showed that the tip was not included in the discount. The English-speaking manager refused to refund the money. I used my debit card to dispute the charges, and they gave me my money back.

I do NOT recommend this place for many reasons, but mostly because of its dishonest business practices.
