I've been getting massages here for about a year now. I love walking in and being greeted with a warm smile and my name. The spa is spotless, has a lovely scent and is really welcoming. Joe Hannah gave me the best massage today. He was intuitive and focused on where my body was telling him the most. I told the receptionist I felt "loved". Joe really cared about my pain and worked hard to make it better. I'd definitely recommend Blue Sage to anyone. I've always found massages really helpful.

Arlene was amazing, she explained everything clearly, was so accommodating and sweet, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She really took care of me and I'm so grateful.

I treated my 74-year-old mum to a one-hour Swedish massage while I had a Vichy shower and scrub. We were first taken to the changing room, where robes and sandals (in the sizes we'd given them over the phone) were waiting for us. Then we went to a quiet waiting room to do some paperwork. One of the staff brought out some warming neck pads, which was a nice touch, and I also noticed a small refreshment area in the corner, which felt very thoughtful.

My Vichy shower and scrub were amazing. I felt at ease straight away with the provider, who did a great job. The massage with the scrub was heavenly, the water was just right and I left feeling completely relaxed. My mum said her massage therapist was gentle, attentive, and made her feel really relaxed. The pressure was just right for her, and she left feeling absolutely spoiled.

The person on reception was also really nice and even gave us both 10% off as first-time guests. All in all, the service was great, the prices were about what you'd expect for the area, and we'll definitely be going back!
