I was able to get an appointment for the same day, which was really helpful because I've been dealing with a tension headache. The staff was friendly and kind. The massage was absolutely wonderful as far as a relaxation massage goes. The therapist made sure I was comfortable and did a great job with the draping. She used a hot pack on my back and did some stretching. I'd definitely go back for a massage to help me unwind. I did ask for a focus on my upper back, neck, and shoulders to help with my headaches, but it seems like not enough time was spent there. The pressure was also too light in these areas. I've read other reviews about the therapists leaving the treatment room, and I've experienced this several times. She wasn't gone for too long, but she ended the massage on time, so she didn't account for the time she was gone from the room. I thought it was a little strange, but the massage was so good that it didn't bother me too much. I ended up falling asleep. Overall, I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
