I went to Ka Lani as I was getting better after hurting my shoulder. I'd never been that into massage, but I was still in pain a few months after the injury, so I thought I'd have to try something else. I'm so glad I did! I've got to say, Andrew is absolutely amazing. He's a really warm person and he made me feel at ease straight away. He listened to what I wanted to do and was always cool about changing things if I did. After a few sessions with Andrew and some home workouts, I could already see a big improvement in how mobile my shoulder was, which was amazing. Andrew always checks in on the nervous system too, which is great for someone new to massage like me. The front desk team has always been so helpful and friendly too – all in all, a great experience!
