Movement Improvement Massage

Most massage clinics are built like day spas and focused on relaxation, not results. Most chase pain. We build change.
If you’ve ever felt like your body isn’t working the way it used to. Like you’re constantly stretching the same spot, getting temporary relief, but never really moving forward, we’ve been there too. That’s exactly why this clinic exists.
Movement Improvement Massage was designed to offer something different. Not a massage that feels good for a day, but care that actually helps you move, feel, and function better long-term. We don’t guess. We don’t follow routines. Every session here starts with how your body moves, not just where it hurts.

My massage therapist, Michael Nash, is a "gift" to anyone in need of healing and pain relief. Michael is very caring and nurturing and is easily the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. I'm so glad I found Michael, and I'll definitely book with him again. She's a great person. I highly recommend it.

My first massage here was good, but since then, the massages I've gotten here have been disappointing. I missed an appointment in March because I had been struggling with Gastroparesis for several months and was in the hospital at the time. I called the night before to cancel and left a message, but I missed their return call during the appointment time.

I didn't realize that this would mean I couldn't come back. I only found out today, months later, when I logged into my account and saw that my profile name had been changed to "Do not book."

I understand that businesses need to deal with cancellations, but I would expect them to be compassionate and professional, especially when health emergencies are involved. At the very least, a direct conversation would have been appropriate. Changing my name in their system to "Do not book" is not only unprofessional, it's also incredibly disrespectful.

I first went to these guys for pain management because of a chronic immunological issue. They were the only ones offering OHP at the time with some open availability. The staff was friendly at first, but it felt a bit over the top. The therapists kept talking the whole time during the massage, which made it tough to chill out.

Yeah, I was late to an appointment, and they wanted to charge me $90. I didn't have that much on me at the time. I was broke, had no car, and unemployed because of my health problems. About a year later, I got a little inheritance. I called back to repay my debt and reschedule, but they turned me down.

This company doesn't really have the customer's best interests at heart. They don't worry about individual cases. They don't want you to get better. They just care about their business and making money. I've got family in this industry, and they all know about it. It's the irony of the American healthcare system.

I found better treatment through specialized medication management. I've got a good job that pays well, a reliable car, and I've finally got my life together.

This place really let me down when I needed some help. This isn't how good healthcare pros act.
