I've attached a picture of the massage room I was put in. It felt like the massage table was in the middle of their break room. I felt dirty. My head would've been in front of a shower and sink. It wasn't very relaxing or professional. It was really bright too. I asked for a different room, and it was a bit better, but it still had that sewer smell. They also said I should pay first before they walked me back there, which was the first red flag. At least they gave me my money back, so I left.
 
After visiting the salon, I booked a one-hour deep-tissue massage for each of us. This was our first massage ever, so we chose the couples room and asked for instructions on what we needed to do to prepare for the massage. The massage was wonderful and thorough. We'll be back again soon.
 
They were so accommodating! We had a bit of a language barrier, but we were able to get by with a little sign language. The 90-minute couples massage was a success. They were ready on time, and they were thorough and thoughtful. The price was more than fair! I'll be back in Colorado Springs soon! Thanks, ladies!
 
I recently went to Orchids Massage in Colorado Springs to relax, and while the massage itself was pretty good, I left feeling a bit weird because they really wanted me to leave a tip. From the moment we were wrapping up, it felt like tipping wasn't optional — it was expected, almost demanded.

Tipping should be a way of showing appreciation for good service, not something we feel bad about. Unfortunately, this really took away from the overall experience. I was hoping to walk out feeling refreshed, but instead felt awkward and a bit taken aback.

The place was clean, and the massage was alright, but the forced tipping situation wasn't great. I hope they consider a more respectful approach in the future.
