I was just a walk-in customer, so I didn't have a reservation, and I didn't have to wait for my treatment. The message was great! I had a really nice experience. It's a very chill atmosphere, and there's no pressure to tip. They also gave me water at the end of my spa treatment. I had another great experience, and I'll be back.
