It's a cool idea, but it doesn't quite hit the mark.

My husband has booked me two massages at NOW this year, and both times I left feeling like something was off. The therapists seemed really busy, and the lack of communication between the front desk and staff made for an awkward check-in both times, with tense exchanges happening right in front of guests.

The vibe wasn't great either. It was really loud and there were only sheer curtains between us, so it felt a bit exposed and weird to talk. Between the noise and the lack of privacy, I just didn't feel relaxed. I'll be trying other spas in the area in future.
 
This massage boutique is really lovely and peaceful. I've been going to see Brandy for a while now to help with recovery from a survey I had back in November. She's got magic hands and somehow she gets the knots in my back to release! She gives the best massage in Franklin, I've tried a few other therapists but she's my favourite!
I've really enjoyed how easy the memberships are, you can book online easily and use your monthly credits for your massage. And when I've needed to, I've added services like cupping or deep tissue.
 
I've been seeing Karen every month for over a year now and it's always great. She listens to what I'm saying and really focuses on the areas I need to work on. She remembers what I like and don't like, which I really appreciate. I can't say enough great things about The Now and Karen!
 
Tripp is an amazing massage therapist. I get massages pretty often and he gives the best massage hands-down! I always leave feeling 10x better than when I arrived, and he knows his stuff. He recommends different stretches to help with the symptoms.
The staff are all very friendly and the facility is beautiful and well kept. I'd definitely recommend it!
