I left before any service was performed. They insisted on being paid up front and only accepted cash. We had an appointment for an hour, but they said they could only see us for half an hour. (We were the only ones there). We didn't have any cash on us, but even if we did, I'm glad we didn't get a couples massage. The building was really dark, had a musty smell, and was just plain uncomfortable. It had a weird vibe, which is not what you want when you're expecting a relaxing massage. Hey, could you find someone else to do this? This isn't the kind of professionalism we're looking for.
If you're looking for a couples massage, this place is perfect. They have a room just for couples, and it's always clean. The atmosphere is really nice, and you'll need to let them know in advance if you're paying with cash. The masseuse is super professional, and I really enjoyed the pressure release. I'll definitely go back.
I went here a few months ago, asked how much it was, and they wouldn't let me leave because the tip is included in the price. I told them that I wasn't informed that I had no choice but to tip them or they wouldn't let me leave. It was also really dark in there, and the lady didn't do the best job massaging me. She was in such a rush to get to the next customer that I didn't even really feel comfortable there. I couldn't get a massage anywhere else when I realized the months I was supposed to get a massage were messed up.
One lady was kind of rude because I didn't realize it was cash only. She also wanted me to tip her, which I was planning to do anyway. The manager, I think, made up for it by giving me a new masseuse, Chinese candy, and telling me to come back and just tip another time. I asked her multiple times if she wanted me to tip, but she said no, it's fine, which made the experience a little better and more comfortable. After dealing with the first lady, I'll be going back, and I'll just be more prepared next time.
