We called ahead to book appointments and were told the price would be $45 for a 30-minute deep tissue massage with cash, or $50 with card. Scheduling was easy and they got us in quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing.

There were three of us getting massages, and each one was very disappointing.

First massage: The lady was nice, but she didn't move from one painful spot for too long, which made it uncomfortable. Overall, I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Second massage: It was too rough. I could feel her nails scratching me, and her elbow was digging in painfully. She also left the door open a little bit, so people in the lobby could see me — that was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. 5/10.

Third massage: It was very gentle. In fact, it didn't feel like a massage at all. There was barely any pressure, but the lady was nice. 6/10.

We were in a hurry when we changed into the silk towel, and it was hard to communicate during the visit.

The worst part was the payment process. The first payment was successful. The second time, we tried to use a card, but it didn't work. Instead of helping us calmly, the lady got upset and demanded cash. For the third, we paid $60 in cash for a $45 service, and she wouldn't give us the correct change. We had to argue and do the math for her. It wasn't until then that she gave us the $15 back, clearly frustrated.

We did try to leave a tip, but when we gave it to her, she refused to accept it because it wasn't enough. She kept repeating "tip, tip" and demanded more money. It was very uncomfortable, and it made us feel pressured and disrespected.

As we were leaving, one of the staff walked behind us, watching us leave. It felt very uncomfortable and intrusive.

Here's the main point: We would NOT recommend this place. The service was inconsistent, the staff was pushy about tips, and they tried to shortchange us. If you don't speak up, they will definitely try to take advantage of you. I had a very bad experience. It was unprofessional from the beginning to the end.

I called to make an appointment for the next day, but they didn't write down a name. They just said, "We have your number." Odd. When I walked in, they were totally clueless. They didn't have a record of our call, and there wasn't an appointment written down. The receptionist barely spoke English and left to figure it out while we sat in the lobby. We could see doors opening as people were getting massages. It was very unprofessional. She came back and asked us to wait 10 minutes to see if she could find someone. We just left. That's ridiculous.

I made an appointment the day before, and the receptionist only took my number. I asked, "Don't you need my name?"

She replied, "No, I have your phone number. That's all I need." I scheduled a couples massage for my birthday, which was also my partner's birthday. We got there about 10 minutes before they were supposed to, and it took about 10 to 12 minutes for someone to come out and greet us. Something is bound to go wrong. After the receptionist confirmed that I had booked a massage for two people, she said that it would be ready in just a few minutes. She starts talking to the staff, and things get a little loud while they're talking. She asked if we could return at 1:30, but I looked like I wasn't going to be able to, because I had already booked an appointment. She said, "Wait a minute," and then went back to talking with the staff. She finally did what I didn't book, which was to put us in separate rooms. I still asked for the hour for each of us, but the waiter only gave us 45 minutes. He also charged me individually and asked for a tip. I was about to say no, but I had already paid them. Don't ask me to pay more money on top of what I shouldn't have been charged.
