My experience at KOSA was great overall! The spa itself has a really beautiful, calming atmosphere, and my services left me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and restored. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into making the experience great from start to finish — from the greeting to the services to the products they use. I'm really looking forward to going back!

Everything about Kosa was amazing—the facilities, the atmosphere, the service. I felt so at peace in the sanctuary that I would have been happy to spend the day lounging there with the teas they had set up.
The body products there for guests to use smelled amazing, and they didn't leave any residue or stickiness behind. After spending a few hours there, I felt pretty good—refreshed and relaxed. I told my partner that next year when we're back in Madison, he's got to join me there because it's amazing.

The atmosphere is amazing! The people are warm, friendly, and helpful. The lobby and shower area are comfortable. I wish the shower heads had better pressure. The price was a bit expensive, and I don't like the automatic gratuity for the staff member checking me in and the massage therapist.

My husband and I were really impressed by how intentional everything was from the moment we arrived at Kosa until we left. We think the focus on Ayurvedic practices is key to making this experience so unique and personal. I love that every herb, tea, aromatherapy product, food, and oil is chosen to support your system this season.

We did the personal retreat, which included a one-hour hot-to-cold session with a steam room, rain shower, and sauna ritual. Then, we had food and drinks in the sanctuary lounge. We loved the turmeric latte and the khichdi. The meal option changes regularly, and I highly recommend sticking around for this part. It was really amazing to feel nourished on so many different levels.

We're feeling great and inspired after our time at Kosa. We're looking forward to our next visit and the spa services! If you haven't been to Kosa yet, I hope you can make time for it this year. It's a game-changer!

We went for a couples massage and facial to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was an amazing experience for the first time. The staff will explain everything to you. You have access to lockers to store your things during your stay, as well as slippers and robes provided.

I loved my experience at Kosa. I got the Indian Head massage, which was incredible. The service was great, and the ambiance was relaxing and beautiful. The locker room has a locked locker, showers, robes, and bathrooms. Before your service, you'll be offered tea and a chance to relax in the prettiest, calmest room of plants and cozy vibes. I'll be back soon!

I booked a reservation for a 90-minute massage and a pedicure as a relaxation day for my birthday. When I made the appointment, they told me that if I enter the parking lot on Mason, they'll validate my parking. I didn't realize it wasn't public parking, and since it was downtown, I just assumed the lot was public. I park, and the sign says, "Remember your plate for validation."

I went to get my massage, and Emily did a great job. She used just the right amount of pressure, and she didn't waste any time. I was able to relax just the way I wanted. The pedicure was pretty simple. The massage part wasn't too long, and the place was tiny. I didn't want any chatting, I just wanted to relax. I ended up leaving them both a 20% tip, even though the pedicure wasn't as good as the massage. Then, when I asked for my receipt, I was told, "Oh, sorry. You parked in the wrong lot." I went to my car, paid, and left. That wasn't acceptable. I still got a $50 ticket in the mail because I paid after my grace period. I gave the spa a ring, talked to the manager, and said they should make it clear that it's not a public parking lot, especially since there are other lots you can enter on Mason. She didn't offer any kind of compensation, though.

After spending $300 at the spa, I would think you would be more generous, but I was very kind when I called, and you weren't. I thought I'd get free parking, but I paid $11 for four hours of parking and then got a $50 ticket in the mail. I even suggested that when people check in, the receptionist should immediately ask for the ticket to validate it. That way, customers still have time to move the car or pay beforehand. If you can't communicate, you can't give good service.

There are limited facilities. You have to pay extra to use the sauna. There is no hot tub or cold plunge. If a friend wants to join you in the sauna area, the price will only go down by maybe $10. You also have to pay a fee to wait in a waiting room. It costs more than other spas in the US and Europe that I've been to, and you don't get as much for your money.
