Mind & Body Holistic Spa​

Mind and Body Holistic Spa has been serving the River since 2000. We are located on Old Cloverdale and have a satellite office in Wynlakes Golf and Country Club. We offer a wide range of services including Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Manual Therapy, and Mobilization techniques. In addition to our massage services, we also provide Expressive Arts Therapy, Counseling, and Yoga.

I had my first massage here a couple of days ago, and it was wonderful. The place was very clean and welcoming. I was just walking in when she took me right in.

The girl who worked with me was very attentive, and I felt like I was in good hands. She took all the stress off. They asked me to tip, but it wasn't like they were pressuring me or anything. I just gave her a little tip, and it seemed to be enough for her. I'll definitely be back.
