I really enjoyed my massage with Julie. I've never had a hot stone massage, the cupping technique, or the Ashiatsu foot massage. I really enjoyed it all, especially the Ashiatsu. Using this technique, she was able to gently work on a wide range of knotted, tense, aching and pinchy muscle groups, which allowed many of them to relax. Julie was really intuitive and adjusted easily to my muscular needs after my injury. She's also got a sweet and intuitive spiritual sensitivity, which she used to tune in to God for my needs. I'm really looking forward to another massage and I'm hoping I can work out some of the more painful, deep-seated knots in my neck, arms and shoulders. Next time, I'll make sure to factor in a nap or rest time afterwards to get the most out of a massage! Cheers Julie, appreciate it!
