I got my spa treatment as a birthday gift, and it was my first time at the spa. I was so pleased and happy to have had Rose as my massage therapist! She's amazing! Her touch was on point, and you could totally tell how passionate she was about her therapy. I was really impressed by all the little extras they included. I'll definitely be back to see her. She's a great person with a kind heart, and I'm glad she found this profession.

The other staff members were also very professional and kind. Thanks everyone!
 
Rose is amazing! She gave me the best massage ever, really focusing on an area of my back that had been bugging me. By the end, I felt so much better. I could tell she customized the massage to exactly what I needed, and her technique was amazing. On top of that, she was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so relaxed and like a new person. This was exactly what I needed. I've finally found my person! She's stuck with me now, and I'll definitely be going back to her every month!

I'd also like to mention that everyone here is so nice. The customer service is excellent from the moment you arrive. I also appreciate the ladies in the front desk who assisted me with my questions and were so welcoming.
 
I've been to this place many times for massages over the years, but this afternoon was the best. The massage therapist, Rose, was much better than anything I've ever experienced. The touch was gentle yet firm, just right. She is very understanding of her clients' needs, adaptable, and very friendly. I haven't been this relaxed in years! Thank you, Rose!
 
What a great way to celebrate your birthday! This was my first time at the Well Spa, and I'm kind of surprised I hadn't checked it out sooner. This is a gold mine in the city of Milwaukee. It's absolutely serene! Kristen did my services. I went with the anti-aging package, which included an exfoliating scrub, shower, and massage. This package was definitely worth the money. Everything was great from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The waiting area is really peaceful. My room was cozy and elegant. It was super clean, which is always nice. I got a deep-tissue massage. This is a great way to treat yourself any time. My time at Well Spa was amazing!
 
My husband and I booked a foot reflexology + paraffin + pedicure. It was an incredible experience. When we got there, they had coffee, water, champagne, and mimosas. The girl who did my foot reflexology was great. She really knew what she was doing. I actually fell asleep during it, and I'm usually ticklish on my feet, but I didn't feel that way at all. She also did an amazing pedicure...the best that I've ever had. My husband felt the same way about his technician. I'd definitely recommend this spa/salon and will be going back for more services. Then, we went to Mason Street Grill to try their famous burger.
